Angelo's Pizza & Steakhouse truly is a family restaurant. Where you can can feel comfortable while enjoying an excellent meal for an affordable price. Angelo's takes pride in being a local restaurant for over 25 years. A place were everybody is family and over two generations have been coming in regularly! We hope you will become one too!
Angelo Skyvalidas was born in a small village in the mountains of Greece. As a young boy, he tried working in the fields and shepherding (like his father), but he always preferred to be where the people are. As he grew to a young man the restaurant business was the logical choice. Angelo moved to Katerini, Greece where he worked in restaurants and hotels, luring in potential customers from the town square. Now, you can often find him standing at the counter, still back in the kitchen, or sitting at a table chatting with customers since 2 of his 3 childern(Pano & Soula) now help run the restaurant. Angelo moved to the United States in 1975 to start a family and to pursue the American dream. He worked at various other Greek family restaurants around Missouri until 1985 when he started his own business: Angelo’s! The restaurant was originally located at South Providence and Green Meadows, and it has been at the current location since 1991.
We here at Angelo's Pizza & Steak House are known for a variety of dishes from our Home Made Spaghetti Sauce to our Greek style Pizza's. We have something for all tastes. But over all its our Family atmosphere where everybody leave as a friend!
